Prep cook • Harrison County, West Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Harrison County, West Virginia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time with occasional weekends.
