Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Ibesikpo Asutan, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Pay around ₦245,000 per month, based on your experience.
