Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Burt County, Nebraska. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Day to day you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls.
