We are recruiting: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Magama, Niger State. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts The role involves: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Overtime paid at a premium rate.
