Join our team: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Kent County, Maryland. You will work in a smash repair workshop. Your main tasks: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
