Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Petroleum County, Montana. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience.
