Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Lexington County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
