Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
