Bread baker — Lagos Island Local Government Area

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Lagos Island Local Government Area, Lagos State. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
