Occupational health and safety officer • Nangere, Yobe State

Join our team: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Nangere, Yobe State. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. You will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
