Dishwashing attendant • Brown County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Brown County, Minnesota. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
