Reinforcement steel fixer • Olmsted County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Olmsted County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) We offer $150 per day plus benefits.
