Lathe operator wanted in Salem County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe operator in Salem County, New Jersey. You will be based in a textile mill. The role involves follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
