Now hiring: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in Terrell County, Texas. You will be based at a residential housing project. Ideal candidate: • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs Day-to-day duties: • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter 4+ years on the tools preferred.
