Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Hill County, Texas. You will be based on a residential tower site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
