Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Louisa County, Virginia. The job is at an industrial plant. On a typical shift you will apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
