Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fabricator in Ohio County, Indiana. The job is in a fabrication and glazing factory. Your main tasks: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing Ideal candidate: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints 6+ years on the tools preferred.
