Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in City of Emporia, Virginia. The job is in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
