Captain waiter — San Patricio County

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in San Patricio County, Texas. You will be based at a banquet hall. You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
