Urgent requirement: reinforcement steel fixer (California)

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in City and County of San Francisco, California. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. Your main tasks: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
