Powder coater wanted in Greene County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Greene County, Arkansas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
