Sheet metal press operator wanted in Warren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Warren County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
