Great opportunity: kitchen cook (Wisconsin)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
