Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. The role involves give each garment a final press before packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
