Now hiring: we are hiring a furnace operator in Christian County, Missouri. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor The role involves: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
