Powder coating line operator • Ardo-Kola, Taraba State

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ardo-Kola, Taraba State. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Rotating shifts.
