Rebar installer wanted in Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Montgomery County, Tennessee. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
