Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Gila County, Arizona. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery On the job you will handle: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
