Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Latah County, Idaho. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
