Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day to day you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
