Now hiring: concrete placer (Oyo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Surulere, Oyo State. The role involves erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
