Vacancy available: lawn care technician (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Miller County, Missouri. You will work on the grounds of a hotel resort. Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting You will weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
