Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Giles County, Tennessee. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time, day shift.
