Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
