JCB operator • Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales

Vacancy available: we are hiring a JCB operator in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales. You will be based on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise On a typical shift you will keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift.
