Safety inspector wanted in Santa Barbara County

Now hiring: we are hiring a safety inspector in Santa Barbara County, California. Day to day you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
