Immediate opening: shuttering charge hand (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Claiborne County, Mississippi. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. Your main tasks: • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Performance bonus on top of base pay.
