Machinist — Fresno County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machinist in Fresno County, California. On the job you will handle: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
