Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
