Immediate opening: tig welder (Kogi State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in Ankpa, Kogi State. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Day-to-day duties: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
