Powder coater — Fulton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Fulton County, Kentucky. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 4+ years on the tools preferred.
