What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic You will polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat.
