Dishwashing attendant • Custer County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Custer County, Colorado. You will work in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
