Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Conejos County, Colorado. You will work at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 4+ years on the tools preferred.
