Overlocker operator • Gaston County, North Carolina

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Gaston County, North Carolina. You will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line 4+ years on the tools preferred.
