Cnc production machinist wanted in Charles City County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Charles City County, Virginia. You will work in a job-work machining unit. The role involves top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
