Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
