Join our team: building site helper (Adamawa State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a building site helper in Madagali, Adamawa State. You will be based with a civil contractor. On a typical shift you will set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker ₦1,700 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts.
