Join our team: track-type tractor operator (England)

Now hiring: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Redcar and Cleveland, England. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Day to day you will operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; refuel the machine and record running hours. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes £2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
