Marble fitter • Rankin County, Mississippi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble fitter in Rankin County, Mississippi. You will be based in a stone processing yard. On the job you will handle: • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades What we are looking for: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
